2. What paper do you print on?

All of our posters are printed on premium 250gsm paper. This high-quality finish ensures vibrant designs and a professional look.

Yes! We offer personalisation options:

  • Add custom text: Perfect for gifts or unique statements.

To request customization, simply select the personalised option on the product page and include your preferences during checkout. We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before printing.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Products: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and delivery due to the approval process.

Shipping times depend on your location but typically take 2–4 business days after dispatch.


5. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.00 per order.

  • All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in durable postal tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We plan to expand our shipping options soon, so stay tuned!


7. What if my poster arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your poster arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us at shop[at]typoprint.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the damage for review.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. What is your return policy?

  • Standard Posters: If you’re not happy with your poster, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Custom Posters: Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
